HIIT
Day: Monday & Friday
Time: 10:00 CET
Equipement: Water bottle, matt and pair of dumbells
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) involves short, intense workouts. You give a series of exercises your full effort for short bursts of 30 to 60 seconds, and follow it with an even shorter period of rest. While exercising with this type of maximum effort is difficult, it does wonders for your health
ABS & BUTT
Day: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 19:00 CET
Equipement: Water bottle, matt
Class is aimed to strengthen your core, legs and butt muscle in combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises . This class targets common problem areas and delivers an intense regime that is designed to guarantee the results.
MUSCLE-PUMP
Day: Monday & Friday
Time: 19:00 CET
Equipement: Water bottle, matt, step, bar and weights or pair of dumbells
MUSCLE-PUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructor and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
